Fire Service Day at the Capitol

Minnesota’s fire service is gearing up for a busy and exciting spring!

On April 27, don’t miss the annual Fire Service Day at the Capitol. This is your opportunity to share your story with legislators and highlight the issues that matter most to your department. Registration and the day’s schedule are available at www.msfda.org. Please make every effort to attend and make your voice heard.

On May 2, Women Explore Fire Day Minnesota will give women a hands-on introduction to firefighting. Regions across the state will host activities where participants can experience what it’s like to be a firefighter. This event is also a great way to encourage new recruits. Reach out to your MSFDA region rep to learn how you can help make your region’s event a success.

Save the date! The MSFDA Conference and Fire School is scheduled for September 17–19 in Breezy Point. The conference committee is finalizing an exciting lineup of classes and events.
