Ice rescue training

Norfolk Fire and Rescue C-Shift spent time out at Skyview Lake on Dec. 16 doing annual ice rescue training. Crews trained on rescuing victims and self-rescue techniques. They want to remind everyone to be extremely careful right now on any body of water. The fluctuation in temperatures is creating inconsistent and in many cases unsafe ice.
