Wow what a busy week. As I finally get this month’s article submitted, your association is just wrapping up another successful fire school. So many good comments on the classes.
Menno, Yankton, Scotland, Lesterville and Freeman work to contain a fire that began in the kitchen area of the Open Door Café in Menno around 3 a.m. on April 2.
Blunt volunteer firefighters were called to the scene of a structure fire. Fire Chief Travis Heuertz said the unoccupied structure was filled with smoke when they arrived.
Once again fire school is upon us. When you are reading this month’s issue, there will be just a few days before we kick things off at the Mitchell Technical Institute.
